To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in Power Plant area, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :

Advisor Diesel Maintenance – Power Plant

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  1. As expertise and adviser for maintenance and operation diesel power plant equipment (diesel engine & auxiliary) in good condition and high availability
  2. To ensure and improve diesel plant reliability and availability also responsible to troubleshoot engine problem.
  3. To ensure of evaluation and improvement engine maintenance program both Preventive and Proactive Maintenance to minimize unplanned in order to keep the availability target of the diesel plant.
  4. Ensure the maintenance and operation of engine, conduct engine health checks (continuous & periodically)
  5. Improve and manage diesel engine maintenance facility layout, equipment, and tools.
  6. Review and Improve maintenance procedure (STP).
  7. Improve engine component and spare part rebuild/repair program.
  8. Implementation of Reliability Centre Maintenance program with Power mechanical engineers and Maintenance team.
  9. Comply with all PTAMNT Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 26/2018 and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
  10. Maintain close communication with superintendent and peers.
  11. Maintain good communications with internal and external customers

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 12 years’ related experiences.
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experiences as superintendent/advisor position in similar role.
  • Experiences with Wartsila 26V18 diesel engine
  • Have deep knowledge of diesel engine O & M, diesel engine parts and component, mechanical standard component specifications.
  • Have competency of troubleshoot and repair diesel engine, assembly, and disassembly diesel engine component.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
  • Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;

Coordinator Maintenance - Power Plant

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  1. Plan, develop, execute, and direct all disciplines of the plant and switchyard overall facility maintenance program and processes to ensure safe, timely, and effective production.
  2. To manage the implementation, control, and evaluation of preventive and reactive maintenance programs on all company assets and facility equipment to ensure that all assets and equipment operate at the highest possible level of safety and efficiency to support the achievement of Power Plant business goals, while maintaining compliance with company policies & procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
  3. To coordinate with other management staff to ensure the efficiency of preventive, planned maintenance, corrective, and installation of new equipment
  4. Develop and upgrade maintenance strategic plans to cover the life of mine requirements on a timely basis.
  5. Optimizes the availability of Power assets by ensuring that planned downtime is kept to the minimum required.
  6. Optimizes the reliability of Power assets by ensuring unplanned downtime is investigated and driven toward zero.
  7. Maintains maintenance performance by monitoring appropriate indicators with timely reporting.
  8. Implement projects and programs within the Power Department that provide continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of safety, environment, people, production, and costs.
  9. Maintain close communication with the superintendent and peers.
  10. Maintains good communications with internal and external customers to ensure equipment is safely removed from service for repairs with minimum impact to the operating schedule.
  11. Establish and maintain close communication with other related departments and business partners.
  12. Develop and communicate a clear sense of direction, setting priorities and empowering others to deliver effectively and efficiently.
  13. Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  14. Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine,  as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
  15. Fully held responsible for the compliance of all pertaining environmental laws and regulations and the compliance of environmental management and protection permits in his/her respective work area.
  16. Manage environmental performance improvement programs including energy conservation, water conservation, resources conservation, waste reduction, and contaminant load reduction.
  17. Implement the company's Environmental Management System (EMS).
  18. Carry out regular inspections, and safety meetings to address Mine safety.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with minimum 10 years of related experiences
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experiences as coordinator/supervisor position in similar role.
  • Have an operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with the level of position.
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control knowledge.
  • High computer literacy with all business and maintenance-related software functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
  • Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;

Power Plant Long Term Planner

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  1. To supervise Power planning group. Organize, schedule and lead all necessary resources for all short-term and long-term shutdowns. Arrange Business Partner arrangement to support Power Plant operation and maintenance.
  2. Developing the competence of employees under his responsible
  3. Responsible for long-term plans and shutdowns/outages including parts (turnaround management).
  4. Involve in plan, schedule and control cost and budget including to make sure correct allocation of cost centre
  5. Prepare and issue shutdown work schedules; Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish maintenance activities.
  6. Prepare detailed critical path plans and job chart, including equipment and materials list for major jobs such as planned shutdowns.
  7. Power Plant Business Partner support arrangement including contracts and invoices
  8. Implement with the company enterprise program (SAP) to look after management of maintenance, quality and material
  9. Plan and inspect materials/ Spare Parts by involving warehouse authorization and purchasing department to ensure material/spare parts requirements are available and appropriate
  10. Coordinate with material group including warehouse and purchasing to ensure material/parts requirement available
  11. Responsible for parts and material storage at power plant to ensure proper and effective storage
  12. Responsible to ensure STP available for every job and attached into SAP system
  13. Responsible as source of and keeper of our quality control check lists. These check list will consist of critical mechanical and electrical measurements and checks to document repairs and assure repaired items are within tolerance
  14. Responsible for work order backlog management to ensure clean and effective work order backlog
  15. Issues and follows up on preventative maintenance inspections and procedures.
  16. Ensure that necessary work history and documentation are properly organized and input into the computer history files.
  17. Conduct regular daily meetings with maintenance and operations representatives.
  18. Responsible to manage DSC (Daily Schedule Control) including consolidation report
  19. Prepare weekly, monthly summary and exception reports
  20. Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  21. Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with minimum 7 years of experience with electrical or mechanical maintenance of equipment in a power plant environment.
  • Have an operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with the level of position.
  • Having SKTTK (IATKI or HAKIT) min level 4 would be a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control knowledge.
  • High computer literacy with all business and maintenance-related software functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
  • Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
  • Experience in using SAP application
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;
