Job Description
Only profiles with or equivalent experience will be shortlisted:- Monitoring and analyzing project SH&E management system’s performance, summarize progress and highlight issues and make progress report.
- Schedule and monitor regular SH&E patrol at construction sites.
- Support SH&E Lead to perform contractor pre-qualification, screening, supervision and performance evaluation.
- Maintain record of SH&E training for employees, contractors and visitors.
- Follow up and record incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action.
- Assist Project SH&E Lead to maintain a good relationship with local government institutions and neighbor companies as well as local community; maintain positive company image and obtain constructive feedback.
- Assist Project SH&E Lead to organize regular SH&E committee activity, and address SH&E concerns from various internal and/or external stakeholders.
Competencies Required
- Knowledge and understanding of construction safety management, HIRADC, Indonesia and local regulation related to SH&E.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting.
- Root cause analysis and incident investigation.
- Technical knowledge on project related SH&E standards.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Compliance, detail and follow through.
- Written and verbal communicate in English.
